Pro 20 Synthetic Underlayment (Single Roll)

The FT Synthetic Pro 20 Synthetic Underlayment is a lightweight, water resistant underlayment with a 10 mil thickness. It is a reliable, cost-effective replacement product for the 15 lb. felt and can be installed with 3/8 in. head roofing nails or cap nails. Pro 20 is a mechanically attached underlayment that can be stapled down without breaking its 20 year limited warranty. The recyclable material that makes up this underlayment is composed of a water-resistant polyefin topped with an exceptional surface that features a non-woven slip-resistance and backed with a slip-resistant backside coating. Pro 20’s fiber grip surface comes in a cool grey color and is equipped with a 90 day UV resistance for longevity during installation. This underlayment is fabricated for use in commercial or residential installations under primary roofing products including asphalt shingles, metal, and cedar shakes.
